At Floral & Fleece, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Tags (if applicable) should still be attached

Products must be free of pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear

Used or damaged product
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Prefer store credit? Let us know, and we’ll issue it as soon as your return is approved.
